SVP, Digital Commerce - Mobile and Online Banking
Cross-SellPosition SummaryThe U.S. Personal Bank delivers a wide
array of banking, payments, lending and investment services to
individual consumers and small businesses. To deliver on our brand

largest market, and drive greater client-centricity across product,
segment, and geography.Marketing & Franchise Development team is
focused on Digital Sales transformation and enabling next-gen
existing customer evolution. This leader would lead our Post login
cross-sell strategy to our existing customers across all Lending,
Retail and Wealth products. This role is an engine of growth, and
this leader would lead a team managing a Digital P&L function
across multiple Product lines, reporting into Head of Digital Sales
and Capabilities.Responsibilities
- Define and lead the end-to-end Post Login digital sales
strategy across Lending, Retail and Wealth products for existing
customers of Citi
- Lead and own the scorecard KPIs like Average Revenue Per user
(ARPU), digital cross-sell KPIs, that Citi will use to drive
existing customer cross-sell and define end-state success, lead
with a Performance Marketing mindset.
- Lead a team across US Consumer Marketing, to deliver
breakthrough levels of performance against digital sales volumes,
Funnel KPIs, Buyers-Engagers-Observers while ensuring customer
experience.
- Lead Digital Commerce scorecard, funnel KPIs across Online and
Mobile Banking for existing customers, ensuring balance of Revenue
and Customer Experience (CX).
- Partner with US Consumer Marketing, US Consumer Analytics, US
Consumer Digital, US Consumer Product teams to drive core KPIs,
Digital Experience Innovation and act as Digital SME for New
Product launches/enhancements.
- Leverage robust research, analytics, and data-driven insights
to develop and progress digital and marketing roadmaps, tailor
client experiences, drive full-funnel productivity, and drive
higher client engagement. Partner with US Consumer Analytics to
define always-on, real-time dashboards that enable rapid
opportunity identification and action.
- Partner with US Consumer Digital to develop and refine product
roadmaps that accelerate digital cross-sell, drive personalization
and engagement, and create experiences that drive repeat and loyal
buyers of Citis products and solutions.
- Maintain a close partnership and high level of synergy with
technology, operations, and risk partners among others to progress
overall objectives.Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in financial services or Fintech
leading strategy and execution, including 5+ years of managerial
experience directly managing high-performing teams with
demonstrable and measurable results.
- Deep knowledge of Digital Sales Funnel, Adobe Analytics,
Digital tagging, Web, and Mobile merchandizing strategy enabling
end-2-end horizontal customer journey.
- Deep knowledge of Adobe Target enabling Test & Learn in Post
Login journey, thereby leading with a Performance Marketing
mindset.
- Understanding of Consumer Banking products and passion around
emerging technologies and how they will change consumer
experiences.
- Seasoned, passionate, and mission-driven digital, marketing and
analytics professional with a demonstrated ability to develop a
vision, drive and manage the execution of that vision, and deliver
top-tier results.
- Demonstrated sound business judgment, analytical acumen,
consumer-centric mindset and communication skills.
- Clear reputation for motivating teams to deliver unique and
differentiating solutions to complex business problems.
- Compelling storyteller, excellent written and verbal
communication skills with an expertise of articulating strategy and
actions to key decision makers and stakeholders across the
organization.Education
- Bachelors degree required in business or finance-related study;
Masters degree preferred.This job description provides a high-level

Location Full Time Salary Range:$163,600.00 - $245,400.00
