students ages 3–21 with neurodevelopmental delays through the

Specialist, you will play a key role in capturing, producing, and
managing visual content that supports trainings, events, and daily
operations. Your work ensures staff have the tools, technology, and
creative assets they need to communicate clearly and professionally
across our organization. What You'll Need - Bachelor’s degree in
art, design, communications, education, or related field - Two to
five years of experience in media production, design, or an
educational setting - Comprehensive knowledge of Salesforce and
working knowledge of PowerSchool - Proficiency in Adobe Creative
Cloud, including Premiere, InDesign, and Lightroom - Strong
videography skills with the ability to manage audiovisual equipment
and support staff technology needs What You'll Do - Record
trainings and events, and edit, archive, and manage an organized
in-house video library - Plan and support trainings and events,
including full audiovisual setup and breakdown - Design and layout
advertisements and other print and digital collateral - Manage and
update the organization's website and support staff with video and
design projects - Collaborate with administration and IT to address
staff technology needs and provide occasional technical support Why
