Job Description:

JPM's Finance & Business Management function is seeking a dynamic self-motivated individual to be a Business Management Associate within the Client Onboarding & Documentation Group (CO&D). This individual will report to the Lead Business Manager for Client Onboarding & Document and be a key partner to the CO&D Management Team. Business Management function optimizes business performances by helping to drive key initiatives for the organization. As a Business Management Associate, you will collaborate to help define and execute a multi-year roadmap around business structures, standards and articulating key data insights to senior management. About JPM's Client Onboarding & Documentation Group CO&D is a cross-functional division consisting of over 3,000 employees across 20+ countries, providing services and products across the Corporate & Investment Bank, Commercial Bank, Asset Management, Consumer & Community Bank, and Office of the CFO. CO&D is responsible for critical client documentation and is comprised of Client Tax Operations, Wholesale Documentation Management Services, Wholesale KYC Operations (WKO), and supported by the Client Experience & Transformation and Controls teams. Streamlining, digitization and consumption of client data and documents in a manner that is standardized, scalable, accessible and controlled is the primary goal of the department, especially through the technology platforms used across these services. Key Responsibilities: * Partnering with the CO&D Management Team Members to implement and track strategy and objectives, including the production of high quality and insightful materials to support the delivery of key messaging * Providing business governance including driving and coordinating the department's management team agenda, business reviews, organization design and change initiatives * Partnering with Finance Management teams to help support large-scale budgets and associated processes and monitor headcount, expenses, and allocations; including analysis and reporting that provides visibility and transparency into financial performance, and operational drivers of resource activity and controls * Partnering with the Business Management and Financial Management leads to support unit costing models, including stakeholder management * Implement and support governance and communication of all aspects of the department, including for town halls, offsites and business reviews * Developing strong working relationships across, Operations, Technology, Finance, and Business Management teams * Provide a high level of responsiveness to executive ad-hoc requests related to project management, presentation development, and business analysis * Organize complex information in a strategic and compelling way, demonstrating strong data analysis (using Skills of the Future Tools) abilities and expertise in Excel and PowerPoint techniques. Create wireframes and mock-ups quickly and iteratively for management presentations, reports, and dashboards * Project manage and deliver key work streams and tasks * Coordinate team activities and prepare materials for town halls, employee recognition, and strategy working sessions * Participate in collaborative initiatives with team members and global managers, looking for ways to continually simplify, improve, and add value to existing business processes Core Competencies: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or other related area preferred * 3+ years of experience in operational and financial services support roles preferred * Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across levels and teams in a global environment * Meaningful experience and a desire to utilize "Skills of the Future Tools" as in Tableau, Alteryx, SLQ, and/or other business analytical tools is preferred * Intermediate knowledge of MS Excel and PowerPoint/PitchPro, * Self-motivated and able to work with high degree of independence * Proven experience delivering timely, high quality presentations and/or reporting for various projects and stakeholders * Strong attention to detail * Excellent organization, and project management skills * Excellent time management and prioritization skills * Excellent written and oral communication skills * Process-oriented and results driven with strong organization and problem-solving skills * Demonstrated ability to meet and enforce deadlines About Us: J.P.
