Job Description

* Take a lead role supporting the U.S. CAE and Managing Director for Global Capital Markets Audit and CRR teams in communications with, and deliverables to Senior Executive, U.S. C-Suite, Management Committees, the Audit Committee, External Auditors, and the various Regulators (e.g. Federal Reserve Bank (FRB), Office of the Comptroller of the Currency (OCC))
* Key liaison on behalf of U.S. CAE, with Senior Executives, the Chair of the RIHC Audit Committee, U.S. C-Suite, Bank Regulators (FRB, OCCI), External Auditors, and their admin staffs
* Establish production schedules, quarterly meetings with senior executives, monthly meetings with Regulators (FRB, OCC), External Auditor (PwC) and meeting materials submission
* Coordinate all aspects of logistical organization of IA Senior Leadership Meetings, conference, as well as town halls: develop agendas and materials
* Responsible for administrative support duties for the U.S. CAE and Managing Director for Global Capital Markets Audit/CRR and the Senior Leadership Team (includes managing and maintaining calendar, booking rooms and resources, preparing materials, coordinating seating arrangements in conjunction with Return to Premise and ongoing staffing needs, managing onboarding of new employees and contractors (e.g. building access cards, logical access, laptops, workstations), managing off-boarding of employees and contractors, and coordinating building access for visitors)
* Manage travel scheduling, prepare expense claims and reconcile expense statements, ensuring accuracy and adherence to expense policies for the U.S. CAE and the Senior Leadership Team

Job Summary

As an Executive Assistant supporting the U.S. Chief Audit Executive (CAE) and Managing Director for Global Capital Markets Audit and Credit Risk Review (CRR) teams, you will be playing a primary role in the efficient organization and operation of the US Internal Audit and CRR Teams as well as the Global Capital Markets audit team.
