Overview

The Transformation office is responsible for the prioritization, governance and effective delivery of BNY Mellon - Pershing's strategic initiatives. The Team ensures focus and funding is optimally allocated to support the firm's strategic priorities and that those objectives are delivered as efficiently and effectively as possible. Actions in support of these responsibilities include planning and budgeting, communication, reporting, process design, robotics, automation, business change and initiative management.

Create digital content and messaging to generate "buzz" around the firm's key strategic initiatives and business goals. In addition, provide day to day support to internal stakeholders to seeking to communicate operational, regulatory and technology change to external clients. Strong written and oral communications skills, with demonstrated ability to convey ideas and information. Ability to convey ideas and information through the use of imagery or wordless cues. Works cooperatively with internal resources to support activities with an expertise in summarizing and restating what you hear in order to confirm the understanding of all parties. Seeks technical guidance, as needed. Will be tasked with moderately complex communication projects related to marketing and communication efforts. Establishes good working relationships with internal teams. Demonstrates working knowledge of industry/segment trends, market climates and competitive activities. Adheres to policies and procedures and is familiar with company practices.

  • Prior experience working with a Content Management System/Engine (ex Vestorly, Marketo, FMG, Seismic) and/or Learning Management System (Brainshark).
  • Experience with MS suite of solutions, strong PowerPoint skills, SharePoint
  • Prior experience with video software (Ex. Camtasia/Techsmith, Snagit) a plus.
    Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of work experience required 3-5 years of related experience preferred. Experience in the securities or financial services industry is preferred.
