(OCFO) Employee Experience Product team is seeking a Agility Lead
and management team member at a Vice President level based in
Jersey City, NJ to support the product's successful execution
across the global finance organization. The OCFO Employee
Experience Product has the mission to make the OCFO an
employee-centric organization where our people feel valued,
engaged, and invested. This is accomplished by delivering a broad
array of technical and employee engagement programs across all
Lines of Business (LOBs) within JPMorgan Chase. The team is
responsible for researching and operationalizing intelligent
automation tools (i.e., Tableau, Alteryx, Python, UiPath, Pega,
Signavio, etc.) within the OCFO and propagating their usage. A
development team within the function uses those tools on behalf of
business teams to automate complex, manual tasks to unlock business
value and allow our teams to focus on meaningful work. The team
also executes professional and technical development programs in
partnership with our HR Learning and Development colleagues to help
the OCFO advance our personnel. All of these deliveries are
complemented by an in-house listening and communications strategy
effort which identifies actionable opportunities in our
organization and helps to frame the successful delivery of programs
which improve the overall employee experience. The role reports to
the Product Owner, who is based in Jersey City, and will involve
working closely with the rest of the product management team, as
well as well as partnering with our key partners in corporate and
functional roles within the LOBs. Role Description The Agility Lead
for the OCFO Employee Experience Product will be a senior leader on
the product team, and have people management/leadership
responsibilities, ownership over the agile implementation for the
product, and represent the product to our stakeholder community as
part of our engagement activities. As the team's senior Agile /
scrum master and scrum of scrums, the incumbent leads both the
developer activity within our team as well as -facilitates scrum
activities for our technology team which supports robotics process
automation development and the related operate functions. They are
a management team member who helps to drive product strategy and
contribute to operating model refinements affecting all area
products. They will coach for junior agile practitioners including
direct reports who manage the agile ceremonies, reporting and who
generate the artifacts. Finally, they will represent the product to
our stakeholders and influence their decision making processes to
ensure that results are optimized for the firm As an Agility Lead,
you'll act as a servant leader for your team(s) by facilitating
clear communication to management and to the team. Our Agility

Responsibilities
- Work with the Product owner to align teams with the product
vision, sprint goals, and other necessary information
- Coach product delivery team in creation and maintenance of the
area product backlog
- Create an environment of collaboration within the teams that
allows for open dialogue and productive solutions for resolving
conflicts
- Champion continuous improvement activities to reduce waste and
increase productivity; coach organization to conduct continuous
improvement events
- Communicate organizational impediments to leadership; clear
impediments for the team
- Embrace the concept of continuous learning in your own journey
and instill the same in the team(s) you coach This role requires a
wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:
- BS/BA degree or equivalent experience and 10 or more years of
progressive experience
- Experience with Agile and Scrum frameworks and their
application in Product Development and delivery organization
- Ability to coach and mentor across multiple area product teams
at varying levels of the organization
- Ability to collaborate with and influence people at various
levels
- Beginner level understanding of Scaling framework such as LeSS
and various other Agile frameworks such as Kanban
- Ability to leverage skills from coaching, facilitation,
conflict resolution
- Knowledge of industry-wide technology strategies
- Knowledge of Intelligent Automation Tooling extremely
beneficial (i.e., Tableau, Alteryx, Python, UiPath, Pega, Signavio,
etc.)
- Ability to leverage capabilities across the firm to solve local
