We're seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Specialist, Quality Management to join our -Pershing team. - In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Independently analyzes and monitors client quality results and experiences across the firm and provides accountability and transparency with valuable insights to help influence and drive change with our client service, operational, relationship support and senior management.
  • Consults with internal and external clients on how to improve the experiences of firm systems/ products/ platforms. Leads and implements programs and projects to target areas where client experience can be improved based on Voice of Client (VOC) research and analyzes.
  • Reviews reports and addresses most complicated areas of client experiences in order to determine strategy for improvement of the client experience. Acts as an expert in statistical analysis of market and Voice of Client research in order to synthesize insights to inform decisions around policies and practices that improve client experiences.
  • Proactively identifies internal and external clients and teams that would benefit from quality consulting. Leads projects and programs relating to improving or changing the client experience. Reviews vendor performance and reviews regarding data quality and adherence to requests. Selects vendors and manages vendor contracts from signing to expiration. -Will also serve as SME on committees and new corporate initiatives. Has responsibility over improving client experiences. Provides strategic guidance on developing and implementing programs required to improve quality of client experience. To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:
    • Bachelors degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience is required.
    • Advanced/graduate degree preferred.7-10 years of total work experience preferred.
    • Experience in client services within the securities or financial services industry preferred.
    • No direct reports, but you will provide -guidance to less experienced colleagues as needed. Most often serves as project or program lead, allocating work and monitoring the work quality of others. - At BNY Mellon, our inclusive culture speaks for itself. Here's a few of our awards:
