Consumer & Community Banking - Data and Analytics - Modernization and Cloud Team - Vice President - Analytics Solution Manager The Consumer & Community Banking (CCB) Data Modernization and Cloud team is responsible for working across the firm to ensure that our products are modernizing their data and migrating to cloud. As a Analytics Solution Manager you will orchestrate the modernization of data being published across CCB products and work with our product teams to ensure that they have line of sight on data modernization, and tracks their progress. In addition, you will also have a mix of consulting and project management responsibilities. Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills:

• 7+ years of experience in data and analytics
• Technical skills - familiarity with data engineering tools and cloud platforms
• Superior written and oral communication and presentation skills with experience communicating effectively with diverse audiences across business and technology partners, including senior leadership
• Consulting orientation with ability to influence and effectively lead cross-functional teams
• Experience managing a team and developing talent
• Self-starter with out-of-the box problem solving skills and a drive to bring new ideas to life
• Experience managing projects and using project management tools Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills:
  • Deep understanding of the financial services or retail banking industry
  • MBA or other Masters--- degree
  • Understanding of CCB product structure
