    • Creates complex and scalable coding frameworks using appropriate software design frameworks
    • Leads technology and process implementations to achieve functional technology objectives
    • Accountable for decisions that influence teams' resources, budget, tactical operations, and the execution and implementation of processes and procedures
    • Develops secure and high-quality production code, and reviews and debugs code written by others
    • Advises cross-functional teams on technological matters within your domain of expertise
    • Carries governance accountability for coding decisions, control obligations, and measures of success such as cost of ownership, maintainability, and portfolio operations
    • Contributes to the development of technical methods in specialized fields in line with the latest product development methodologies *
    • Creates durable, reusable software frameworks that are leveraged across teams and functions
    • Influences leaders and senior stakeholders across business, product, and technology teams
    • Champions the firm's culture of diversity, equity, inclusion, and respectRequired qualifications, capabilities, and skills
      • Formal training or certification on software engineering concepts and 7+ years applied experience
      • Hands-on practical experience delivering system design, application development, testing, and operational stability
      • Knowledge of Kafka, Kubernetes, Cloud based technologies
      • Knowledge of J2EE Application & Web framework development (Spring, ExtJs, Angular, -React, Restful Services), Unix preferred with demonstrable hands on delivery in the last 12 months.
      • Should have experience in environments that deal with PI data (sensitive) and knowledge on Data Encryption and Data Masking.
      • Successful delivery of Software Platforms utilizing technologies such as JavaEE; Cloud; Maven; Spring; , Database (Sybase and Oracle), Kafka
      • Knowledge of Big Data technologies Hadoop; HDFS, Spark, Scala, Hue, Impala, YARN, ZooKeeper, HBASE, Hive.
      • Knowledge of RESTful cloud native web services using Spring, Spring Boot, Jersey Framework and other Java/JEE technologies.\ Advanced knowledge of software application development and technical processes with considerable in-depth knowledge in one or more technical disciplines (e.g., cloud, artificial intelligence, machine learning, mobile, etc.)
      • Experience applying expertise and new methods to determine solutions for complex technology problems in one or more technical disciplines
      • Experience leading a product as a Product Owner or Product Manager
      • Ability to present and effectively communicate with Senior Leaders and Executives - Preferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills
        • Product knowledge - Wealth Management, Controls Framework, Securities Products
        • Experience with Asset Management and/or Investment Banking and knowledge of Investments would be advantageous
        • Must be detail oriented , needs to be able to investigate and solve for the details independently by partnering with relevant technology or business colleagues
        • Experience working closely with AD architects and Design Authorities
        • Ability to organize/manage multiple priorities and projects coupled with the flexibility to adapt to changes in a fast-paced environment
