Reputable company searching for Corporate Controller with high energy level to roll up sleeves and lead their accounting team. Highly visible role with executive management and private equity sponsor.

Provide leadership and guidance to an accounting team of 4, including an Assistant Controller, Accounts Payable and two staff accountants.
Reporting with a 4/4/5 close calendar.
Perform P/L and Balance Sheet consolidations and review intercompany eliminations.
Work alongside the FP&A Manager to provide analytical support for flux analysis and management package for senior executives and private equity firm.
Provide support and working files for Tax partners to develop annual income tax filings.
Provide support to Assistant Controller with State statutory filings for withholding payroll and statutory filings quarterly and annually.
Liaison between the auditors and the business ensuring all PBC's and audit requests are provided in a timely manner.
Project accounting and costing for industrial services.
Treasury and liquidity management, including putting together 13-week cashflow forecast reviewed by the CFO and private equity sponsor.
Develop and implement internal controls strategy to support accurate financial reporting.
Experience preparing and reviewing annual budgets and KPI's for operations.
Adhoc analytics requests from executive team and PE-Firm.

Desired Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in accounting or related field
CPA or CMA a plus
Experience leading a month-end close process for privately held mid-size companies with up to $120M in revenue.
US GAAP accounting including percentage of completion and lease accounting standard ASC 842.
Experience leading and supporting the timely execution of a third financial audit
Ability to interact and communicate effectively with cross functional teams, including Human Resources, IT, Fleet Management, Operations, Risk, Billing and Payroll
Comfortable with travel 20% or less of the time
Viewpoint Vista a plus
Big 4 audit experience a plus
DOMO or BI Reporting a plus
Remote working/work at home options are available for this role.
