What will you be doing? Barclays Services Corp seeks MAW
Salesforce Developer, AVP in Whippany, NJ (multiple positions
available): 1. Contribute to the enhancements of Marketing Approval
Workflow (MAW) Salesforce hosted application, which includes
building strategic distribution controls for marketing materials.
2. Use Salesforce tools to help streamline the approval process for
the firm’s client-facing marketing material, to ensure only the
latest, approved versions of documents are distributed to clients
on public and/or authenticated platforms. 3. Develop enhancements
and new functionality for the MAW application on the Salesforce
platform using built-in, out of the box features. 4. Build custom
components (lightning and/or lightning web) on top of native
Salesforce as required by business to fulfil regulatory and audit
requirements. 5. Integrate non-Salesforce Java applications to
provide robust solution for downstream consumption of data. 6.
Collaborate and communicate with architects, developers,
operations, and business stakeholders to implement solutions. 7.
Review code and solutions created by the team to ensure quality,
maintainability, and security standards defined by Barclays. 8.
Analyze flows and process builders to improve business workflow and
resolve production failures. 9. May telecommute. Minimum Salary:
$163,680 per year Maximum Salary: $172,000 per year The minimum and
maximum salary/rate information above includes only base salary or
base hourly rate. It does not include any another type of
compensation or benefits that may be available. Barclays employees

This position is eligible for an incentive award. Purpose of the
role To design, develop and improve software, utilising various
engineering methodologies, that provides business, platform, and
technology capabilities for our customers and colleagues.
Accountabilities Development and delivery of high-quality software
solutions by using industry aligned programming languages,
frameworks, and tools. Ensuring that code is scalable,
maintainable, and optimized for performance. Cross-functional
collaboration with product managers, designers, and other engineers
to define software requirements, devise solution strategies, and
ensure seamless integration and alignment with business objectives.
Collaboration with peers, participate in code reviews, and promote
a culture of code quality and knowledge sharing. Stay informed of
industry technology trends and innovations and actively contribute
to the organization’s technology communities to foster a culture of
technical excellence and growth. Adherence to secure coding
practices to mitigate vulnerabilities, protect sensitive data, and
ensure secure software solutions. Implementation of effective unit
testing practices to ensure proper code design, readability, and
reliability. Assistant Vice President Expectations To advise and
