Our client, a successful financial services firm, is seeking a Client Services Associate to join their team on a permanent placement! The ideal candidate will possess exceptional interpersonal, active listening, and problem-solving skills, coupled with a passion for assisting others. About You: Thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while handling confidential client data with a high level of accuracy and discretion. Proficient in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to review, format, and distribute client Review Summaries accurately and on time. Strong organizational and multitasking skills, including the ability to update client files, perform data entry, and make quick revisions to documents. Excellent communication and collaboration skills; required to attend daily 8:00 AM meetings and coordinate effectively with internal teams. Prior administrative experience preferred; must demonstrate attention to detail, adaptability to evolving processes, and a proactive mindset toward procedural improvements. About the Job: Work efficiently in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment while maintaining strict confidentiality of sensitive client data. Review and format Microsoft Excel spreadsheets for accuracy; print and distribute Review Summaries to independent advisors on schedule. Participate in daily 8:00 AM Client Services meetings to align on appointment schedules and ensure timely completion of review documents. Update and organize client files, perform ad-hoc data entry tasks, and make real-time adjustments to Review Summaries as needed. Contribute to process improvements by reviewing and recommending updates to procedures, manuals, and system enhancements.
