Job Description CityMD - Fairfield - FT/PT - Hours: Design Your Own 36 Hour Schedule | Three, Four, or Five Days per Week - Employed - New Graduates - Call Schedule: No Call - Compensation: - $125 to $185 per hour Highly Competitive and Negotiable Compensation | Control Your Income Based on the Hours You Want to Work | Quarterly Performance-Based Incentive Bonus - Benefits: - Comprehensive Benefits Package Including Medical/Dental/Vision - Generous PTO and CME- Retirement Plans Including 401k With 4% Match - Premium Pay - Malpractice - Additional Info: - Providers will work at multiple sites.
