Job Description Job Description Mortgage Processor We are seeking a detail-oriented Mortgage Processor to join our team! You'll play a critical role in the loan process, ensuring mortgage applications are complete, compliant, and ready for underwriting and closing. Responsibilities: Collect and verify documents (income, credit reports, appraisals, etc.). Prepare and organize loan applications and file packages. Act as a liaison between applicants, loan officers, underwriters, and other parties. Ensure compliance with lending guidelines and regulatory policies. Manage deadlines to keep the process on track. Provide updates and maintain detailed documentation throughout the process. Qualifications: Strong communication, organization, and time management skills. Knowledge of loan processes and compliance requirements. Ability to work collaboratively with a focus on accuracy and deadlines.
