Develop and implement new product and pricing strategies for various lending products; lead product level modeling and analytics. Lead direct-to consumer marketing efforts for select products, and support strategic intent for products distributed through the retail channel. Build targeted insights to inform the design and development of new customer experiences, as well as breakthrough technology and concepts designed to deliver on new go-to-market strategies. Drive step-change improvements in credit performance by connecting drivers of future consumer credit trends to historical behavior, creating risk models, and testing hypotheses using rigorous monitoring and analysis. Sequence delivery of business intent, build business requirements and execute against the product strategy. Minimum Requirements: Requires a bachelor's or foreign equivalent degree in Business, Finance, Accounting, Statistics, Economics, Operations Research, Analytics, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related quantitative field and 3 years of experience performing analysis. In lieu of a bachelor’s or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 3 years of experience as stated, employer will accept a master’s or foreign equivalent degree in the aforementioned fields and 1 year of experience as stated. Must pass company assessment. Experience may be, but need not be, acquired concurrently. Position reports to New York, NY office. Telecommuting permitted in accordance with company policy, but must live within commuting distance of stated office. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked. New York, New York $146,500 to $244,100 for Business Manager Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate’s offer letter.
