The Finance function is a dynamic organization that plays a critical role, particularly as increasing regulatory and capital requirements change the way we do business. Planning & Analysis (P&A), in addition to CFO teams, Controllers, Business Managers, and Project management, make up the majority of the Global Finance team. The P&A Innovation & Transformation function consists of a team of Product Managers, Data Modelers, and Solution Delivery professionals who deliver innovative products and solutions that enable advanced use of data and technology to drive process optimization and enhanced analytics for Finance, P&A, and Business Management functions . About the job: We are seeking a dynamic, high-performing and experienced Program Manager to join our P&A Innovation and Transformation team. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting the function in driving the execution of strategic transformation initiatives. This role requires a strong performer with a proven track record in governance, strategic planning, and change management within the financial services industry. The successful candidate will partner closely with Product Leads, Data Owners, Technology, and Business Sponsors to support the delivery of our transformation objectives, supporting the consolidation & tracking of execution plans, creating executive materials and managing our communication strategy. As a key member of our organization, the candidate will play a crucial role in fostering the use of data, AI / ML and Automation technologies to enhance operational efficiency, streamline processes, and drive strategic decision-making. The successful candidate will be a strong communicator with outstanding executive presentation skills, with the ability to bring people together and face off to colleagues at all levels of the organization. Key Competencies: Support delivery of firmwide programs at scale, coordinating execution plans and dependencies across organizations. Build frameworks, gather requirements, and contribute to content, analyses, and roadmaps that enable solutions and decision-making. Maintain program artifacts (plans, RAID logs, status updates, action trackers) and ensure on-time, quality delivery against milestones and objectives. Engage directly with stakeholders and senior leaders to scope problem statements/opportunities, frame proposals, and synthesize analyses into clear options and recommendations; lead cross organizational transformation projects (e.g., reimagine firmwide processes such as position management partnering with HR, P&A, Technology, and Transformation teams), aligning solutions, operating models, data, and technology architecture to drive timely decisions and adoption. Develop deep, trust-based advisor relationships with collaborators across Product, P&A, Technology, and Control partners to drive alignment within the transformation agenda. Coordinate cross-functional forums, ensure decisions and actions are captured, and follow through to delivery. Support robust governance frameworks, consolidating inputs for Product Cabinets, Working Groups, and All Hands. Develop concise, executive-ready communication materials on workstreams for leadership, tailoring messaging to audience needs. Proactively identify, assess, and mitigate risks and issues; escalate as needed with clear options and solutions. Ensure workstreams comply with applicable requirements, standards, and internal controls. Contribute to change management planning and execution (stakeholder analysis, communications, training materials, adoption plans) to support rollout of new processes and modern technologies with a focus on legacy application decommission, third-party vendors, and AI/ML capabilities. Track adoption and effectiveness through defined metrics and develop playbooks for personas. Partner across Product Managers and Business Management to support investment processes, central tracking of costs and benefits, and capacity planning across workstreams. Maintain consistent reporting standards and data quality across change leads. Lead continuous improvement of governance methods and controls including govern and optimize Jira, Confluence, Monday.com, and Portfolio Intelligence through standardized workflows, KPIs, and integrated dashboards; capture lessons learned and best practices to institutionalize improvements. What are we looking for? Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, or related field; advanced degree (MBA) or certifications (PMP, Agile/SAFe, Lean) are a plus. 4–6 years of experience in program/project management, PMO, transformation, or related fields; financial services experience preferred. Experience in Finance & Business Management (F&BM) activities and ability to partner across functions. Demonstrates experience supporting cross-functional programs with rigorous governance, risk/issue management, and stakeholder engagement. Strong analytical skills with the ability to quantify financial impact and benefits; advanced Excel and PowerPoint proficiency. Experience defining and tracking KPIs/OKRs; ability to translate data into clear, concise executive materials. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; comfortable presenting to senior audiences and tailoring messages by stakeholder. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ownership mindset; ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with agile concepts and tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence); exposure to large-scale technology programs or change management. Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. Strong communication skills (both oral and written) as well as strong interpersonal and influencing skills Strong ethical standards and integrity.
