Citizens Or GC Holders Only) Job Description: Reporting to the
Consolidations Senior Manager in the Corporate Controller's group,
this Senior Consolidations Accountant is responsible for the
consolidation and preparation of the worldwide consolidated
financial statement for all cycles including monthly actuals,
annual budget and quarterly projections. Responsibilities and
expectations include: Assist the consolidation and preparation of
consolidated worldwide financial statements (Income Statement Focus
/ P&L), which includes consolidation entries (Inter-company
entries), account analyses and preparation of supporting schedules
and financial calculations for all reporting cycles. Prepare
support for the company’s Annual Report (financial statements,
footnotes, financial summaries, graphs, MD&A, etc.) and SEC
filings (Forms 10-K, 10-Q, 8-K, Proxy). Support and assist with
business divestiture including providing accounting guidance,
preparing carve out journal entries, preparing restated financial
statements and other spin-off activities. Assist with the
consolidation of budgets and projections including consolidations
entries (inter-company eliminations, stock compensation) and follow
up with stakeholders on unexpected variances Provide assistance to
regional and business finance colleagues as needed to ensure
financial data is submitted accurately and timely. Liaise with
various segment businesses, regions and corporate functions
providing guidance on accounting issues/transactions, ensure
financial data accuracy and analyze/investigate variances.
