Job Description:

Our client is looking to hire a professional Real Estate Administrative Assistant to join their team.

Salary/Hourly Rate:$15/hr

Position Overview:The successful Real Estate Administrative Assistant will bring a hard-working mentality in to the office, while maintaining a positive attitude and taking initiative. We are looking for someone who is organized, enthusiastic, a hard worker, and dependable.

Responsibilities of the Real Estate Administrative Assistant:

  • Handle general office duties such as mailing, filing, phone calls, and faxing
  • Manage office calendar including organizing and setting up meetings
  • Handle all communication with tenants and vendors
  • Create flyers, notices, and other projects utilizing Microsoft Word
  • Receive and sort mail and deliveries
  • Order and manage all office supplies
  • Complete data entry
  • Assist management in daily tasks and projects
  • Perform other administrative duties as needed

    Qualifications for the Real Estate Administrative Assistant:

    • 1-3 years of administrative and support experience in real estate required
    • Must pay attention to detail and be extremely organized
    • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
    • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
    • Knowledge of Microsoft Suites

      Education Requirements:

      • High School Diploma


        • Eligible for Atrium Benefits
