Job Description:

The VP, Employee Listening Strategy will be responsible for supporting the Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) Employee Experience Product. This person will partner with numerous stakeholders across the firm, as well as with vendors, in the design, implementation, and ongoing administration of surveys and other related listening projects. This role will be critical in supporting efforts to launch the Employee Experience Product for OCFO and to enable the transition to a product-driven organization. They will bring together, amongst other things, life-cycle surveys, pulse surveys, and other experience data (e.g., candidate and new employee surveys) to produce robust analysis and inform the direction of the global finance organization. This person will take an active role communicating results across the OCFO and in developing insights about the OCFO's culture and management practices.This position reports to ED, Employee Experience Product Lead. The Employee Experience Product is tasked with enabling the OCFO to partner with our people to create an environment which drives passion and purpose in order to execute on a unified vision, thereby strengthening both individual and teams performances.Location: JC, OH, DE, TXResponsibilities:Design and implement the OCFO Listening Strategy from initiation inclusive of experience-based (i.e,. new joiner), pulse, and product-based feedback mechanisms (i.e., surveys, crowd-source events, etc.)Partner with Centers of Excellence (COEs) to use existing employee research and to develop new tools/surveys to support their data and information needsServe as subject matter expert/consultant on survey content, administration, and analysis/reporting for surveys being conducted across the OCFOIdentify opportunities for leveraging surveys and other research to find insights on OCFO culture and practicesEnsure all appropriate data privacy, security, and controls requirements are incorporated into all survey processesInterpret employee survey and research data, seeking insights to raise to leadership teamsPrepare executive presentations and deliver information to audiences in live and recorded formatsPartner with other firmwide groups like Communications and Employee Engagement, Culture and Conduct, Data Privacy, D&I as neededWork with the HR Advisory community to ensure they are equipped to work with their clients to understand employee dataExperience/Skills:An advanced degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Organizational Behavior, Statistics or other Behavioral Science is preferred8+ years of business experience, preferably in a role involving scaled employee data gathering in a complex organizationKnowledge of research methods and prior experience creating and administering measurement tools, such as surveysDemonstrated ability to manage and manipulate large data sets in Excel is requiredAbility to identify and communicate critical insights through appealing data visualizationsProficient in at least one statistical analysis tool (SPSS, R or SAS)Strong analytical, problem solving, and project management skillsStrong attention to detail and strong commitment to accuracyFull time
