Description for Internal Candidates As an experienced technology operations professional, you will build, support and enhance enterprise wide collaboration messaging services platforms. Your vision and initiative will drive the development of a world-class collaboration technology strategy. Responsibilities: Provide production management and expert troubleshooting services for the global Collaboration estate comprising of M365 applications (e.g. Email, Messaging, Content amongst others) and custom developed applications (e.g. Digital Assistant) supporting a user base of 300k employees Develop performance tests, identify bottlenecks and opportunities for optimization and capacity demands, and present solutions for continuous improvements Develop best in class monitoring frameworks to accomplish end-to-end flow monitoring and noiseless alerting Troubleshoot priority incidents, facilitate blameless post-mortems Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions Provide a stable and resilient operating environment for better UX. Maximize the potential of all available resources, expanding the capabilities and productivity of technical staff, and continuing to improve upon past performance. Proactively identify gaps in process, and offer ideas for improvement in areas that require remediation or enhancement Develop, test and debug automation tasks (Apps, Systems, Infrastructure) for TOIL reduction Perform analytics on previous incidents and usage patterns to better predict issues and take proactive actions Build and drive adoption for greater self-healing and resiliency patterns Participate in the 24x7 L3 Server support coverage as needed Qualifications: BS degree in a computer related field Minimum 5 years experience Level 3 Server side support of Messaging Cloud & Onprem hybrid solutions (M365,MS-Exchange, MS-SharePoint, Proofpoint/Sentrion etc.) Excellent debugging and trouble shooting skills Knowledge of SRE/DevOps practices and tools (GIT/Bitbucket, Jenkins etc.) Proficient in one programming languages (Python, PowerShell, SQL Scripting etc.) Strong analytical and communication skills Strong understanding of Site Reliability Engineering concept (SLO, SLIs & Error Budget) Advanced knowledge of architecture, design, and business processes Expertise prioritizing customer experience, reviewing feedback to proactively address the needs of the customer Experience with industry standard monitoring tools (AppDynamics, APICA, Splunk, Grafana etc.) Experience in Resiliency patterns (Scalability, Pave/Repave), Self-healing, Performance Monitoring, Continuous performance improvements Same Posting Description for Internal and External Candidates
