NextGen Security, LLC Job Summary Company NextGen Security, LLC Location Corporate (Exton, PA) Industries Security and Surveillance Job Type Part-Time Employee Career Level No Experience Required / Entry Level Exemption Non-Exempt IT Intern What we’re looking for: We are in search of a self-motivated individual to play a role in our fast-growing and dynamic team. As an Intern in our IT department, you will be exposed to and learn about nearly every facet of our business, while focusing on IT tasks. What you’ll be doing: The responsibilities of this position will vary, but primarily focus on internal network administration, establishing a company help desk and cyber security initiatives. Specific duties to include: Laptop and workstation staging for new hires and new equipment. Track and maintain internal assets. Assist in network and system administration for internal network. Provide IT support for employee population (in-person and remote). Software licensing. Secure internal network. Assist in cyber security initiatives. Network policy administration. Access changes Job Experience/Education Must be pursuing a bachelor's degree in IT related field. Experience with Microsoft Office 365 Apps (Word, Excel, and Outlook) Additional Skills Must be able to communicate effectively and professionally in both written and verbal manner to customers and to those within the company, while maintaining a positive and productive attitude. Must possess a positive attitude and be willing to interact with customers, co-workers, and other personnel at all times. Commitment to integrity and to the Company Standards and Procedures.
