The Marketing & Sales Coordinator is responsible for the implementation of our marketing plan and community outreach strategies. They will be focused on strengthening our brand recognition through both online and print advertising, via various marketing avenues.

Successful candidates support the Director of Business Development to grow the USA Sport Group brand and expand our audience. Working cross-departmentally, the Sales and Marketing Coordinator will organize and manage the marketing calendar and ensure campaigns are implemented in a timely manner.

Other responsibilities may include but are not limited to:

  • Increase website traffic and contribute toward increasing sports program enrollment
  • Create, maintain, and strengthen the USA Sport Groups overall brand
  • Collect and analyze data from advertising campaigns and work with the Marketing Team to implement improvements based on feedback.
  • Supervise the Marketing Interns and support staff during their time with the company
  • Collaborate with the business development team to develop marketing initiatives for new business projects.
  • Generate sales leads and activity through research and by contacting potential customers to qualify their needs.
  • Manage and cultivate relationships with community groups
  • Track marketing campaigns and online activities
  • Support management with all aspects of business administration including client communication, scheduling meetings, following up on strategic projects and initiatives.
  • Coordinate with the web development team to write and update company website content, including articles, images, banner ads, etc (web development skills are not required but applicants with any web development experience are encouraged to apply).

    • Knowledge and understanding of different marketing strategies.
    • Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas to optimize marketing initiatives.
    • Ability to multi-task in a pressurized environment
    • Flexibility and willingness to take on diverse roles and responsibilities
    • Desire to successfully coordinate and assist with various projects
    • Experience using graphic design software (such as Photoshop)
    • Computer literate - especially Microsoft Office programs including Excel, Word, and Outlook

      • Flexible work hours
      • 30-40 hours per week
      • In-person position at the Head Office located in Whitehouse Station, NJ
