We are searching for a Technical Writer who can create high-quality documentation that is easy to understand for non-technical users. -You will need to develop product manuals, user guides, website FAQs, and other technical content with accuracy and clarity. You will be working with a small team and will be responsible for writing, editing, and reviewing technical content. - The following is expectations of the position:

  • Create, review, and revise technical documentation, such as guides, system operations documents, user manuals, fact sheets, etc.
  • Obtain a deep understanding of products and services to translate complex product information into simple, polished, and engaging content
  • Research on the subject matter before writing on specialized topics
  • Work with subject matter experts to understand the content requirements
  • Edit and update the existing technical content
  • Develop and maintain detailed database of appropriate reference materials, including research, usability tests, and design specifications
  • Have a degree in English, Communications, or any related field
  • Knowledge of Banking or Financial product and services is a plus
  • Have more than 3 years of experience in Technical Writing
  • Be able to quickly learn and understand complex technical concepts and translate them into engaging content that is easy to understand for non-technical audiences
  • Able to proofread and edit content with minimal supervision Collaborates with business owners across operations, service, product and technology to understand business initiatives, challenges and priorities that can be incorporated into the learning experience. No direct reports; may provide guidance to less experienced staff. May have people management responsibilities in some geographies. Scope is limited to the quality and accuracy of own work, contributes to the achievement of team objectives. Bachelor's degree or the equivalent combination of education and experience in Learning & Development or related field is required. 5-7 years of total work experience preferred.
