applications for part-time Maintenance Associates to join our team!

Our Maintenance Team delivers outstanding service to our residents,
focusing on first impressions, community safety and maintenance
upkeep of the entire community. Schedule is flexible - weekdays and
weekends available Shifts Available: Early Morning - Evening -

Responsibilities and duties: You will share in making our community
a beautiful place for residents to live. You will provide cleaning
services for public common areas. You will complete painting tasks
including surface prep, touch ups and wall coatings. You will
respond to maintenance requests from Residents including HVAC,
electrical, plumbing, and various maintenance tasks. You will
monitor and respond to emergencies such as resident and building
life safety systems. Overnight Shift - you will monitor the
concierge desk and field any requests, inquiries or maintenance
needs during the overnight shift. You will tour the building as
needed to ensure that all entry doors are closed and locked after
hours. You will have the opportunity to serve a senior population
and provide quality service for each resident we serve. You will

Service excellence. Qualifications: You have the ability to develop
positive relationships with residents, peers and the community. A
high school diploma or equivalent (GED) is required. Working in a
team environment, supporting and caring for our fellow colleagues.
You have a minimum of 1 year facility maintenance experience in a
hotel, apartment, or senior living facility. You have experience
performing routine maintenance and building repairs with a working
knowledge of custodial cleaning procedures including floor-care.
You have basic computer skills including Email, Microsoft Word,
etc. Preferred HVAC experience (while not mandatory, this is a
plus.) You have the ability to communicate effectively with
residents, managers, and vendors. You have the ability reach, bend,
