Job Description:
The Project Manager is responsible for managing public works and
heavy civil projects in throughout the Greater Philadelphia area.
This position will manage the firm's projects from cradle to grave,
from bid award to completion of the project. Full project P&L
responsibility. Must have demolition, excavation, underground
utilities, site concrete and asphalt paving operations experience.

specializing in demolition, excavation, utilities, and site
development services for developers, investors, general
contractors, and builders. Their mission is to be the best, most
innovative full service site development company in the Greater
Philadelphia area. Description Responsible for managing firm's
projects from cradle to grave, from bid award to completion of the
project. Resonsibilities include but not limited to: Daily schedule
Review job folders Review invoices Review time sheets Material take
Offs As-built drawings Pre-Project preparation Change order
coordination Locate mark outs Communication with builders and
inspectors Pre-con meetings Coordination with other trade site
activities Clock in and out of tasks daily Profile 7 years'
experience in heavy civil construction with an emphasis in the
public works, heavy highway and commercial/residential site work
arena Experience within the city of Philadelphia is preferred
Experience with managing mass excavation, underground utilities,
paving, and site concrete projects Microsoft Office Suite HCSS
(Heavybid Software), Agtek, and Primavera P6 preferred 4-year
degree in a relevant field is preferred Negotiated project
experience preferred, including technical writing skills Job Offer
