Installation Manager to take charge of our installation department
in Flemington, NJ! What's In It For You? $95,000 - $120,000 per

Schedule: You'll work from 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM (or until the job is
complete), with overtime opportunities. Responsibilities: As our
HVAC Installer - Installation Manager, you'll guide and mentor a
top-tier HVAC installation team, ensuring high-quality, efficient,
and safe installations. You'll start your day preparing crews,
troubleshooting challenges, and working alongside your team to
maintain our reputation for excellence. Qualifications: HVAC
installation experience with a passion for mentoring Ability to
work hands-on in the field while overseeing projects Strong
leadership and communication skills Clean driving record Prior
supervisory experience in the heating and air conditioning industry
