Job Description Job Description Perform some take offs
Preparation of bid documents Review sub estimates for quantity and
scope control Set up and input cost data into spread sheet Maintain
subcontractor data base and utilize ITB systems to ensure high
level of bid participation Provide Support for sales department for
development of conceptual estimates Provide Support for
construction department in purchasing of subcontract and material
items Have 4 years estimating experience for General Contractor
performing Commercial Projects Be computer literate, specifically
shall be highly proficient with Microsoft Excel and other
estimating software tools. Have experience and understanding of all
divisions of work, methods, materials. Have strong math, reasoning,
communication, and spatial visualization skills. Attend onsite
pre-bid meetings as needed
