A large ABA organization is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to oversee its New York operations, manage teams, implement systems, and report directly to ownership. Responsibilities Include: Overseeing all NY regional operations Managing and leading operational teams Implementing systems, processes, and workflows Monitoring performance and driving operational improvements Reporting directly to ownership and leadership Ideal Qualifications: Senior operations leadership experience Experience managing large teams or multi-site operations Strong systems and process-building background Excellent leadership and organizational skills Experience in healthcare or ABA preferred Salary: $150k - $175k/Year To apply, please send your resume to Mendy@bhirednyc.com
