Our dealership is looking for a Service BDC Representative to join our dynamic team! This is a key customer-facing role focused on maintaining top-tier service appointment coordination and enhancing the overall customer experiencethrough phone and text communication. Responsibilities: Make 6080 outbound calls daily to confirm service appointments, follow up with customers, and manage vehicle telematics notifications (e.g., maintenance reminders, diagnostic alerts). Send and respond to text messages with customers for appointment confirmations, updates, and general service communication. Handle inbound service-related calls and texts with professionalism and care. Use multiple dealership systems, CRM platforms, and communication tools to manage appointments and customer interactions. Work closely with Service Advisors and Managers to ensure smooth scheduling and service department workflow. Provide consistent, timely, and friendly communication to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty. Requirements: Previous experience in a BDC, call center, or customer service role (automotive experience is a plus). Comfortable using multiple software platforms, texting tools, and CRM systems. Strong written and verbal communication skillsmust be professional and personable over both phone and text. Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
