products. Provide detailed support and information to clients
regarding financial products and services. Address client inquiries
and resolve issues promptly to sustain client satisfaction. Educate
clients on account services and capabilities. Maintain accurate
records of client interactions and transactions. Help clients
navigate through online and mobile platforms. Collaborate with team
members to find solutions and improve client service procedures.
Strong understanding of financial services and products. Excellent
communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in CRM software
and Microsoft Office. Ability to handle multiple tasks in a
fast-paced environment. Capability to resolve issues and maintain
professionalism in challenging situations. Medical Insurance Dental
Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k FINRA Securities
Industry Essentials (SIE) certificate is preferred. Professional
certification in customer service (e.g., CCCS - Certified Customer
Service Specialist) is an asset.
