Edge Fitness Clubs is seeking a dynamic, passionate InfraRED Yoga Instructor to join our team, dedicated to promoting health and wellness through unique and invigorating yoga classes. Our ideal candidate should bring expertise in yoga instruction, infused with the therapeutic properties of infrared technology, to offer a holistic approach to fitness and wellbeing. The instructor will design and lead yoga sessions that enhance flexibility, strength, and peace of mind while also utilizing the healing aspects of infrared heat to improve circulation and detoxification. This role is perfect for individuals looking to make a significant impact in the lives of our members by enhancing their physical, mental, and emotional health through innovative wellness practices. Plan, prepare and instruct high-quality yoga classes incorporating infrared technology. Educate participants on proper techniques to ensure safety and maximize benefits. Customize sessions based on participant needs and skill levels. Promote the benefits of infrared yoga and other wellness programs offered by Edge Fitness Clubs. Maintain a positive, energetic, and meditative environment during classes. Assist clients in achieving their fitness and wellness goals through tailored coaching. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and integrate new techniques in classes. Proficiency in various styles of yoga, including Hatha, Vinyasa, and Restorative yoga. Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Ability to lead classes effectively using IR technology. Knowledge of body mechanics and yoga philosophy. High level of responsiveness to client fitness needs and health concerns. 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training (Yoga Alliance accredited) Additional certification or training specific to InfraRED yoga is highly desirable.
