Data Security Product Support Engineer

Job Description:

A company is looking for a Product Support Engineer - Data Security.
Key Responsibilities:

Handle level 2-3 support cases, working directly with customers, partners, and Sales Engineers
Assess the severity and criticality of issues and prioritize investigation efforts
Escalate technical product issues to the Engineering department and work towards resolution

Required Qualifications:

BSCS Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum 3 years of high-level Technical Support experience
Experience with TCP/IP, HTTP, Load balancers, Proxies, and Firewalls
Troubleshooting experience with Relational Databases (MsSQL, Oracle, MySQL, DB2)
Prior hands-on experience with Linux and other Unix operating systems
