Job Description:
An engineering manager is needed to lead a full stack
development team and build and maintain a sports betting player
experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead a team of engineers to deliver features and solutions for
sports betting services
Manage the team's workstream, improve processes, and create a
stimulating environment
Collaborate with product leads, create technical roadmaps, and
support clean and maintainable code development
Required Qualifications:
Minimum one year of experience managing a software delivery
team
Experience building highly scalable distributed systems for high
traffic conditions
Strong background in building platform solutions and interest in
sports betting services
Excellent software architecture skills
High level of accountability and desire to empower team members
