Summary:Provide Engineering support and project management skills
toward the design, development, installation, startup, validation,
and maintenance of products, processes, and equipment. Provide
technical expertise within a specialty field(s).Strong background
in Automation and Control systems including Rockwell Studio 5000,
Siemens Step 7 and TIA Portal, Allen Bradley, Siemens or GE PLCs,
Wonderware In-Touch , HMIs; Vision Systems, Robotics, Ethernet IP
and DeviceNet communication protocols; VFDs, and Motion Controls
Systems (robot and servo motors) are required.Proficiency in using
personal computers and a working knowledge of software such as MS
Excel and Word.Troubleshooting skills and ability to analyze,
investigate and help solve technical issues involving the
equipment.Good communication skills, both verbal and written. Be a
team player.Ability to work with minimal supervision.Be a
self-starter and proactive.Strong Knowledge of equipment safety and
machine guarding procedures.Ability to provide technical support
and assists troubleshooting equipment when unscheduled downtime
occurs.Responsibilities: Essential Duties:Develops, evaluates and
improves industrial manufacturing methods, utilizing knowledge of
product design, materials and parts, fabrication processes, tooling
and production equipment capabilities, assembly methods and quality
control standards.Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space
requirements, workflow, designs layout of equipment and workspace
for maximum efficiency.Estimates production times, staffing
requirements and related costs to provide information for
management decisions.Communicates manufacturing capabilities,
production schedules or other information to facilitate production
processes.Confers with vendors in order to determine specifications
of products and arrange equipment, material purchase and
parts.Evaluates products based on specifications and quality
