Job Description Company Description Big B HVAC is a trusted HVAC contractor providing expert service across a range of residential and commercial projects. Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for HVAC installers located all across New Jersey. Responsibilities include: Servicing, maintaining, and troubleshooting HVAC systems, including chillers, split units, rooftop units (RTUs), and other commercial/residential systems Accurately diagnosing issues and performing quality repairs Communicating effectively with team members and clients Ensuring all work meets safety standards and complies with local regulations Qualifications Knowledge of HVAC systems, tools, and equipment Experience in HVAC installation and repair Ability to interpret blueprints and specifications Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Good communication and customer service skills Minimum 5 years of HVAC experience Strong knowledge of chillers, split systems, RTUs, and various HVAC systems Excellent troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Valid NJ HVAC license EPA Certification Valid driver’s license What We Offer Competitive salary based on experience Company truck provided Tools provided Opportunities for advancement Year-round work If you're a seasoned HVAC technician looking for a great career opportunity, we want to hear from you!
