About the Position: Hiring for an HVAC Estimator with experience in mechanical and plumbing construction. Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field is not required, but preferred in lieu of trade experience. 4 years of prior Estimating experience with a commercial mechanical subcontractor. B road understanding of all types of Mechanical systems such as: Chillers, Boilers, Cooling Towers, primary and secondary piping, HVAC ductwork, RTU, AHU, VAV’s. In-depth knowledge of plumbing systems, codes, and regulations. Proficiency in estimating software and tools.
