Job Description Job Description ELECTRICAL SERVICE MANAGER Thomas Edison Electric - Newtown, PA Some managers supervise. Others lead from the front - building strong teams, solving problems early, and setting the standard for how the day should run. This role is for the second kind of leader. This is not an office-only role. This is the leadership seat that drives the entire electrical service division. You will: Lead and develop a team of electricians Run daily electrical service operations Manage dispatch and scheduling for productivity and profitability Ensure safety and technical standards are met Build trust with clients Solve problems early and decisively Set expectations and maintain accountability Navigate ServiceTitan, Excel, Teams, and SharePoint Partner with leadership to hit KPIs and strategic goals This role is for someone who wants ownership, not just oversight. Who This Is For This role fits someone who: Has electrical experience (required) Has led teams of 20 people and knows how to coach for performance Thrives in a fast-paced, reactive environment Communicates clearly and adapts to different personalities Delegates effectively and stays several steps ahead Builds strong relationships with clients and team members Uses technology confidently (ServiceTitan experience is a plus) Wants to grow personally, professionally, and financially If you are tired of fixing problems caused by untrained managers or broken systems-this role gives you authority to build it right.
