Job Description Job Description Job Title: Helicopter Mechanic Job Description We are seeking a skilled Helicopter Mechanic with over four years of experience in helicopter maintenance. The ideal candidate will be proficient in interpreting and reading schematics or technical drawings and will have hands-on experience performing inspections and heavy maintenance. Responsibilities Perform maintenance and repair work on various models of civilian helicopters. Conduct detailed inspections and heavy maintenance operations. Interpret and read schematics or technical drawings accurately. Utilize personal tools for maintenance tasks. Collaborate with A&P mechanics, avionics techs, sheetmetal mechanics, and composites techs in a Part 145 shop. Essential Skills 4 years of helicopter maintenance experience. Ability to interpret and read schematics or technical drawings. Experience in performing inspections and heavy maintenance. Possession of own tools for maintenance tasks. Valid driver’s license. Additional Skills & Qualifications FAA A&P license preferred but not required. Experience with any model of civilian helicopter is advantageous. Work Environment The work will be conducted in a small hangar environment alongside A&P mechanics, avionics techs, sheetmetal mechanics, and composites techs within a Part 145 shop. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Bensalem, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $40.00/hr.
