    Our roster has an opening with your name on it-- The Analytics, Vice President is expected to lead a team of analysts and data scientists, to assist in driving company objectives in areas such as Commercial, Marketing, Operations, Compliance, Finance and Legal. Success in this role will require driving delivery across the full spectrum of insights that can be gleaned from data, ranging from minor marketing campaign analysis to complex fraud or player behavior models. A combination of technical and leadership skills will be essential in ensuring that the team can consistently deliver the insights required, as well as continue to evolve in this fast-paced space. THE GAME PLAN

    • Lead multiple teams, with a focus on impacting growth, efficiency, and profitability across FanDuel Group, as well as supporting our aim of being a responsible operator; Total group is 30+ and growing rapidly
    • Coaching and managing direct reports to develop teams in order to solve problems and create suitable solutions, while not micro-managing a highly skilled team. This role will focus less on actually doing analytics - although rolling up sleeves may be needed - and will focus more on how to coach resources, add new tools and approaches to be successful, and help when team is stuck trying to analyze problems.
    • Lead a team of Data Scientists, tasked with using data to provide both actionable forecasts and automated detection and decision models
    • Responsible for the delivery and maintenance of high-quality reports and tools
    • Ensure tests can be robustly analyzed and identifying opportunities to improve profitability and growth in an automated way
    • Own delivery of group-wide analytic processes working with other departments as necessary to expand group capabilities
    • Challenge the team to accomplish more using data in real time to help automate processes or enable insights and decision making faster
    • Co-ordinate with Flutter Group to ensure best practices are being shared globally and partner on common projects
    • Identify projects and drive to completion in order to enhance group analytic capabilities
    • Maintain a wider roadmap of high importance items working with senior leadership across the company to identify the highest priority areas to improve
    • Grow the team as the company continues to grow THE STATS
      What we're looking for in our next teammate
      • A minimum of 10+ years' experience working in an analytics role preferred
      • At least 5 years' experience managing and coaching multiple teams of analysts and managers
      • Bachelor's degree in a quantitative field required, with a master's degree preferred
      • Hands-on expertise in multiple analytics or data science fields; you must know what you're talking about and have a cadre of approaches that can be used to solve business problems
      • Demonstrable track record of influencing down and across an organization
      • High proficiency and polished communicator of advanced data and analytical concepts to leadership
      • Working knowledge of Fantasy Sports, Horse Racing and/or Sports Gaming preferred
      • Robust experience in working with big data across multiple tools required THE CONTRACT
