launch this new product in the U.S. market. Concurrently, the

market for unmet medical needs including orphan diseases. We

improving the lives of patients.The Associate Director will be
responsible for the strategy, tactical design, execution and
optimization of a fully integrated Multichannel Marketing (MCM)
plan. MCM includes all integrated channels both offline and online
and includes but is not limited to websites, email, display, social
media, 3rd party addressable media, direct mail, print, search,
SMS, video, webinars/webcasts, tele-sales, etc.Work will focus on
marketing RADICAVA--- (edaravone) as well as the company's pipeline
products. The Associate Director will perform across the full
product life cycle: pre-launch activities, tactic creation,
multichannel marketing launch plan, strategic and tactical launch
process execution, followed by on-going post-launch marketing, and
will perform duties with a high degree of independence. Incumbent
will provide ongoing measurement and optimization at each stage.
Multichannel marketing efforts will be directed to multiple
audiences (e.g., patients/consumers, caregivers, advocates, and
HCPs). Responsibilities:* Create data-driven multichannel marketing
strategies in support of business goals and to drive impact on the
business* Translate multichannel strategies into tactical plans
including all possible online and offline touchpoints with
customers, including websites, email, display, social, search, SMS,
print, direct mail, video, webinars/webcasts, tele-sales* Work with
internal teams and outside agencies/vendors to define project
scope, timelines, and deliverables* Ensure effective alignment with
support programs and personal selling efforts to achieve
integration with patient and field force activities* Responsible
for the day-to-day operations and management of agencies and vendor
partners* Track project deliverables, obtain cost estimates and
timing, review SOWs, gather status updates from stakeholders, and
identify delivery dependencies and barriers to ensure on-time
delivery of tactics* Manage MCM deployment, budget and track
spending versus budget across agencies* Optimize and modify MCM
programs based on performance data, customer insights and
behaviors, competitive activity and market event changes.*
Responsible for business rules development within and across
programs that adhere to legal and compliance standards * Develop
MCM measurement plans & KPIs in partnership with agency partners
and Commercial Analytics* Ensure measurement plans demonstrate
impact of MCM programs on business performance including RX/BIF
lift.* Ensure all activities are tied to measurable results *
Ensure data is incorporated into decision making to improve
effectiveness of MCM investments* Accountable for development and
management of data requirement standards to ensure consistent
reporting and measurement.* Works effectively and closely with
other Marketing colleagues, sales leadership, market access, and
external agencies/partners, creating effective, positive
partnerships that ensure alignment of business needs and
objectives.* Develops multichannel marketing materials with the
Agency of Record (AOR) and works diligently within established
internal processes to secure Medical, Legal, and Regulatory
approval of all pieces.* Performs other duties as
required.Qualifications:* Bachelor's degree required; MBA or
advanced degree in science or healthcare preferred.* Minimum of 10
years of marketing experience with minimum 6 years proven
experience in Multichannel Marketing and at least 3 years of
pharmaceutical or biotech marketing experience. * Non-pharma
experience a plus.* Deep understanding of HCP and Patient
multichannel principles, inclusive of targeted, one-to-one
marketing, segmentation, and the customer journey* Ability to
develop multichannel marketing strategies in support of business
goals and to drive impact on the business.* Must have a robust
digital and CRM background - inclusive of using various channels to
drive acquisition, conversion, adherence/loyalty (both in and out
of Pharma (preferred).* Extensive experience leveraging data and
insights to inform strategies and optimize plans.--Must be
proficient in synthesizing brand and customer insights to drive the
appropriate strategies.* Experience in creating and bringing to
market various multichannel tactics including but not limited to;
websites, email, banners, social media, paid and organic search,
SMS, video, webinars/webcasts, tele-sales, direct mail, print
publications, etc.* Marketing knowledge, particularly within
healthcare; an understanding of brand marketing strategies and
basic marketing principles.* Experience managing agencies, vendors,
and project support teams with the ability to implement changes
when needed in order to achieve project objectives.* Proven
experience with various MCM platforms, campaign management,
database & sales force CRM systems.* Ability to prioritize, plan
and lead both internal and external teams to achieve project
objectives.* Astute in managing multiple projects and competing
demands at the same time.* Leads by example, displaying integrity,
collaboration, accessibility, adaptability, sound judgment/decision
making, and an entrepreneurial, solutions-oriented attitude. *
Project management skills; proven ability to prioritize, multi-task
and meet deadlines on multiple, concurrent projects.* Demonstrates
responsiveness, attention to detail, and follow-through. *
Excellent interpersonal skills coupled with sensitivity for the
patient's journey; ability to interact effectively with patients,
caregivers, advocates and others.* Excellent written/verbal
communication and formal presentation skills.
