Job Description:
We are seeking to hire a Regional Sales Manager to join our
workforce. The ideal candidate will be an ambitious, high-energy
salesperson based in New York or New Jersey that is self-motivated
and driven to be the best. A results-focused mindset is paramount
to achieving success in this role. This candidate will successfully
leverage his or her existing networks with enterprise organizations
to strengthen strategic insight's client relationships, accelerate
ongoing sales processes, and fill the sales pipeline with new
prospects. Prior experience in the application security marketplace
strongly desired. Requirements:Proven experience as a sales
executive or relevant role; 6-8 years minimumHave excellent oral
and written communication skillsSolid work ethic and unquestioned
integrity.Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating
techniquesEnthusiasm and professionalism that is well-presented
over the phone and in-personMust understand the "start-up
mentality" and thrive in a fast-paced environmentMust be willing to
travel as needed - no travel limitationsAptitude in delivering
attractive presentationsMust be detail oriented with strong
organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize, and
multi-task on multiple project work streams.Self-motivating,
entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to be resourceful and take
initiative.Desired Qualifications: Sr Enterprise sales rep with
prior experiences selling in the application security marketplace
(SAST, DAST, IAST, SCA Etc). Must have prior experience selling to
large enterprise organizations. Responsibilities include:Identifies
business opportunities by identifying prospects and evaluating
their position in the industry; researching and analyzing sales
options.Sells products by establishing contact and developing
relationships with prospects; recommending solutions.Maintains
relationships with clients by providing support, information, and
guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities;
recommending profit and service improvements.Identifies product
improvements or new products by remaining current on industry
trends, market activities, and competitors.Prepares reports by
collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information.Maintains
quality service by establishing and enforcing organization
standards.Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related
results as needed.
