Job Description - Program Manager - New Jersey (008924) Job Description Description Key responsibilities include: --- Establishment of program governance framework to manage and prioritize portfolio of product project implementations --- Build out toolkit and playbook for managing these efforts, including KPI/OKR development, communications, executive reporting, issue management/mitigation --- Delivery of payments product initiatives partnering with Technology, Legal, Risk, Compliance, and Operations --- Partner with the Product Management Delivery team within an Agile environment to execute governance, roadmap implementation, communications, and prioritization. --- Identification of challenges, gaps and opportunities for improvement Qualifications Possess strengths in program management, problem resolution, effective communication, and payment product knowledge. The position requires flexibility and the ability to quickly adapt within a dynamic environment. Must be a highly energetic self-starter with a relentless focus on execution and exhibit the ability to: --- Own end-to-end governance framework around planning, development, and client delivery --- Analyze and prioritize alternative solutions to drive results --- Influence a cross functional, diverse environment to change status quo --- Create and deliver compelling presentations for senior leadership --- Maintain a positive attitude and act as team player while delivering on high priority, time sensitive initiatives Experience: --- 10+ years of experience in program management/process improvement --- Experience leading project execution and management within an Agile environment --- Financial services background, preferably within Payments or Wallet products --- Digital transformation and client delivery experience
