The Flipt mobile app and website is critical to ensuring that our members make the best decisions about their health care. You will own this customer experience. You will be responsible for developing the long-term vision and strategy, prioritizing the feature set, and driving the deployment of your plan. You will work with software development, operations, and customer service to drive features and roadmaps in an agile working environment. You will think through and propose breakthrough business models that create a winning value proposition for Flipt. You will develop metrics to measure and effectively manage the product and all the solutions you develop.

The Senior Product Manager will be responsible for:

  • Setting the direction for a world-class user experience
  • Business & product roadmap planning, developing features and defining requirements
  • Preparing launch plans, determining release goals, and prioritizing features
  • Developing and using metrics to constantly improve the business To be successful in this role you will be a great leader, innovator, influencer, and analytical problem solver. You will need to think and act fast, to deal with ambiguity, and to develop ideas into products that solve the needs of our customers. Basic Qualifications:
    • 6+ years' experience operating, managing, and delivering results in a consumer-facing product management role and/or in the healthcare ecosystem
    • Strong oral and written communication skills
    • Relentless customer focus
    • Ability to think clearly, analyze quantitatively, problem-solve, and prioritize--
    • An entrepreneurial mindset, with the tenacity to develop ideas independently and thrive in fast-paced environment
    • Technology savvy - able to work with technology teams to develop innovative customer-centric solutions
