Our client, the top provider in the Absence Management industry
providing services to major companies is looking for a - Behavioral
Health Clinical Case Manager.
The role can be hybrid - a full JD is available
The Behavioral Health Clinical Case Manager is responsible for
ensuring high quality customer service in disability case
management, by providing behavioral health expertise and serving as
the critical communication link between all parties involved in
behavioral health disability cases.
Serve as primary resource on team managing behavioral health
disability and accommodation cases.
Manage medical disability and accommodation cases, as needed, if
within the scope of licensure and clinical expertise.
Assist employee-client in making informed choices via patient
advocacy in alignment with the Medical Disability Advisor and laws
regulating disability management.
Act as a liaison between all parties required in case management to
facilitate continuous communication and consensus.
Act as liaison to client's Employee Assistance Program (EAP) to
facilitate coordination of care and promote referrals to best in
class behavioral health providers.
Drive return to work process from beginning of case to closure.
Minimum of 5 years medical advisory experience in occupational
health, worker compensation disability or managed behavioral health
Minimum of 2 years as a Clinical Case Manager.
Registered Professional Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant
with behavioral health expertise or licensed Doctorate or Master's
level behavioral health clinician (must be LCSW) with working
knowledge of disability, client processes and case management.
