Job Title: Vice President - Global Brand Creative Brand/Function: ITC DMI - Creative FLSA Status: Exempt Location: 111 Town Square Place, Jersey City Job Summary As the head of Global Creative, y ou'll be responsible for ensuring the aesthetic consistency through every touchpoint for all assets produced internally or externally in line with the brand's DNA and image strategy. You will be responsible for leading, inspirin g , motivating, and encouraging the creative team around you. From campaigns to social to digital you'll be championing the big idea and ensuring creative integrity every step of the way. This position will represent all thing creative internally driving cross-functional collaboration as well as externally with Creative Agency partners. As Global VP Creative, you will be leading the team responsible for crafting innovative, compelling design solutions, and executing multiple design studies for product launch concepts, packaging, in-store graphics, holiday programs, printed collateral, ecomm , social and more. This requires broad experience in developing creative solutions in a variety of mediums. You will lead entire creative team: Project management, Branding, Digital / Social , Copy / Brand Voice, Video Production, Store Design , and Merchandising . The ideal candidate is a proven leader and interdisciplinary thinker who will foster a culture conducive to boundary-breaking thinking and will also be ready to implement innovative practices on creating high performing assets, in a fast-paced environment. WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR : The VP of Global Creative is a strategic leadership role that requires the ability to perform the functions of the Creative Director at an experienced level while also elevating the Brand Creative team by demonstrating a high level of inspiration, direction, creativity, and leadership. As the head of Creative , you will work to establish strategies that deliver holistic elevated creative solutions for ITC. We are looking for a creative leader with a collaborative approach and entrepreneurial attitude who takes initiative, is skilled leading a team, and strives to develop and cultivate growth for their team. The work will be ambitious, never boring, and will be an integral part of bringing product launches and repushes to life in the global market communities we serve. KEY CANDIDATE ATTRIBUTES:

  • Communicates and presents design concepts; creates presentation materials that effectively communicate design concepts-mentors direct reports to present their work - in - a persuasive and compelling way
  • Values differences; behaves with sensitivity toward differences in cultural norms. Seeks out diverse perspectives and talents of others You will lead and mentor multiple direct reports and be responsible for encouraging, recognizing, and rewarding team members. Building cross-functional relationships across the company is important to gaining understanding of what other teams' roles & responsibilities are. In addition, you will lead and give clear creative direction, assisting the team to deliver effective design solutions and drive Operational and Creative excellence: ensuring delivery of high-quality work on time and on budget. WHAT YOU BRING :
    • Bachelor's Degree in Graphic Design or design-related equivalent
    • 10 + years proven experience as a design leader
    • Creative, bold, and digitally savvy
    • Excellent sense of style and taste + keen eye for typography A self-starter, comfortable working in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment, organized, detail oriented, - collaborative, -and flexible
      • 8 + years management experience of teams with 4+ - people
      • Able to lead diverse, highly performing teams with multiple and competing work priorities, demands and changes
      • Deep connection to - beauty and pop culture trends
