We are looking for a dedicated and analytical VP of RX Sales
Strategy to join our clients organization. The responsibilities of
the VP of Sales include overseeing the daily sales activities,
meeting with major clients, writing sales reports, designing

- Strategically build new business relationships with RX clients
in order to close profitable business sales across the companys
at-home, in-store and digital solutions.
- Develop a pipeline of new business prospects and lead
strategies to convert these prospects to customers.
- Develop strong relationships with senior-level decision makers
to understand their business objective and how our clients
capabilities can help potential customers to achieve their
- Create client-centric campaign options utilizing the client
capabilities and resources to address client needs.
- Maintain a weekly cadence of forecasting and reporting of lead
development to management.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and statistically manage targets
- Prepare and deliver professional sales presentations to
customers by balancing the companys priorities and customers needs
to include selling display ideas, new products, shelf, reset and
- Engage with internal resources (Marketing, Digital Strategy,
Consumer Insights, Operations, Finance, and Management) to both

- Identify where improvements can be made and develop sales plans

- Review customer activity, anticipating consumer needs, and
improving customer satisfaction.
- Create sales reports and provide feedback to the leadership
team at company meetings.
- Establish and maintain key customer relationships.

- Proven track record of delivering against sales targets selling
to RX companies or from within RX selling to retailers. Must have
2+ years of related experience in the RX industry.
- Has consistently achieved or exceeded profitable sales targets
selling business to business.
- Experienced in selling digital media.
- Passionate and driven by new business development and account
- Ability to confidently communicate and influence internal and
external stakeholders. Success in building strong relationships
with senior level decision makers.
- Demonstrated ability to leverage data to develop tailored
solutions for clients. Familiarity with syndicated data e.g., IRI
- Strong presentations, negotiation, and consultative selling
- Proficiency in Google Cloud products, Microsoft Office
(PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and Salesforce.
- Bachelors degree
