Why You'll Love This Job: As the Market and Liquidity Risk Manager within the team, you will partner with Market and Liquidity Business users, SMEs and Technology to support Market and Liquidity system related projects; Act as a Product Owner, Manage team of Business Analysts and Validation, Liaised with stakeholders to assess, analyze, capture, document, communicate, validate and deliver business, regulatory, audit and system requirement for Market and Liquidity application. -- - -- - Your Primary Responsibilities: Partner with the business users in establishing key business objectives and priorities Create and manage the solutions vision and roadmap for market risk solutions Play the role of solutions advisor and change agent to the business and lead transparent communication between business, PMO, technology and solutions Use domain expertise, solutions knowledge and an understanding of market needs to define client solutions Assume end-to-end-accountability of the solutions deliverables Represent the business and client priorities to aid development activities Work with PMO in tracking progress towards the defined milestones Develop-- -persona-driven use cases either alone or in conjunction with a team including user experience experts Distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs via discussions using Use Cases and mock-ups Draft business requirements/user stories in JIRA, manage product backlog, sprint backlog and obtains buy-in from business users and sign-off from management Collaborate with technology staff to translate business requirements to the appropriate level of detail Conduct research on project-related topics, based on publicly available information (e.g. technology vendor assessment, tool capabilities etc.) Identify and document clearly assumptions, constraints and dependences related to business requirement Work directly with appropriate business personnel to understand solutions concept, objectives and approach; facilitate defining project strategy and scope Accountable for prioritizing, planning, executing and tracking of product backlog for all relevant projects Collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to establish the technical vision and analyze tradeoffs between usability and performance needs Review Use Cases and other functional documents with IT project staff to ensure business requirements are adequately reflected in technical planning documents Provide support to the build and SIT teams to clarify requirements on an ad hoc basis as needed Support business users and technology staff with the UAT process-- - -- - Leadership Competencies Inclusive Leadership: -- -Values individuals and embraces diversity by integrating differences and promoting diversity and inclusion across teams and functions.
