The Treasury and Trade Solutions (TTS) provides integrated cash management, working capital and trade finance solutions to multinational corporations, financial institutions and public sector organizations around the globe. -The Payments a Receivables (P&R) Technology is a part of the TTS Technology organization and is embarking on major global transformations including Scaled Agile Framework (SAFe) and Lean Portfolio Implementation (LPM). We are seeking a senior Agile Transformation Leader and a change agent to drive the transformation across technology and business partners. The role will report into the Head of the Payments and Receivables Technology PMO.The successful candidate requires previous experience in driving Agile transformation, implementation of the Scaled Agile Framework and Lean Portfolio principles on an enterprise level. The following skills are key for the success in this role: practitioner-level command of Scrum, SAFe, and LPM along with leadership skills, nuanced communication, executive presence, influencing senior stakeholders, collaborating, and the ability to tailor the frameworks to the need and maturity level of the organization. Whilst SAFe coaching experience is important, this is a Transformation Leadership role, not a coaching/academic role.Responsibilities:Define the Agile/Scaled Agile Transformation strategy, plan, critical success factors, metrics, and governance proceduresPartner with the Solution Architecture, Engineering and Product Management leadership to implement a comprehensive operating model built on the Scrum and SAFe framework principlesLead the Operational and Development value stream definition process and formation of Agile Release TrainsBuild the business case and roadmap for the adoption of the Lean Portfolio Principles for annual planning in partnership with the P&R portfolio manager and business partnersDefine necessary processes, roles and responsibilities, tools, and metrics to enable the transformation and value deliveryOversee the Agile Community of PracticeDeploy and hire coaching talent to support key initiatives and key rolesOversee refinement and adoption of Jira standards across the scrum and Kanban teamsQualifications:Prior experience in delivering Agile/Scaled Agile transformation for a large global organization, preferably in the Financial Services industryPractitioner-level command of Scrum, SAFe, and LPM15+ years of experience in managing critical cross functional programsExcellent nuanced communication and influencing skillsAbility to interact with all levels of organization and build partnershipsAbility to tailor the frameworks to the need and maturity level of the organization.SAFe SPC certificationDemonstrated ability to succeed in a complex organization where the ability to discover and internalize diverse stakeholder goals is critical to brokering solutions that are in the best interest of the companyIndependent judgment and mature decision-making skills to deal with programs that often have enterprise-wide scope Education:Bachelors or master's degree with a STEM or Business Administration focus -------------------------------------------------Job Family Group: Project and Program Management-------------------------------------------------Job Family:Program Management------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Citi is an equal opportunity and affirmative action employer.Qualified applicants will receive consideration without regard to their race, color, religion, sex, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, disability, or status as a protected veteran.Citigroup Inc. and its subsidiaries ("Citi") invite all qualified interested applicants to apply for career opportunities.
