Job Description:
Enterprise Account Director Intapp is looking for an Enterprise
Account Director (EAD) for the DealCloud product. In this role you
will focusing on the largest and most strategic named accounts that
offer a global footprint or those that provide a specific strategic
value to DealCloud (typically accounts with greater than 100
licenses). The EAD is accountable for the maintenance and growth of
their designated key accounts. This is a client facing role with
coordination across the different areas of a client engagement to
include Sales, Implementation, Managed Services and Client Support.
Two main priorities are to maintain the relationship with the
senior client sponsor as the trusted advisor and to identify growth
opportunities vertically and horizontally. Responsibilities:
Facilitate strategic sessions with Group Heads to inform the
Statement of Work and design phase of an implementation. Develop
aligned firm and group project goals and KPIs. Identify and develop
change management activities through a change impact and readiness
assessment. Continuous change management coaching Identify
opportunities for business process improvements to contribute to
future state enhanced technology solution Develop process flow
diagrams where missing Develop communication plan with client core
team that is coordinated with the various phases of the engagement
lifecycle. Develop detailed rollout strategy Develop the client
DealCloud Operating Model Enter reliable account/opportunity
details in DealCloud's CRM (DealCloud) on a timely basis; Yes, we
use our own product to manage our business. Manage the ongoing
relationship with the client and follow standard post
implementation management process Maintain the relationship for
senior strategic oversight as a trusted advisor Protect and grow
the account by teaming up with Sales, Client Support, Managed
Services and Product teams. Meet or exceed all Account Manager
performance targets for renewals, ARCV upsell, managed service
upsells, etc. Key Skills: Previous Industry experience in Private
Equity, Investment Banking, Corporate Development a PLUS. 5+ years
of C-Suite collaboration or management 5+ years of SaaS sales or
account management experience preferred Proven experience in
understanding the needs of the client and successfully navigating
collaborative relationships across the client team. Account
management/program management experience in enterprise level
accounts. Excellent interpersonal and persuasive communication
abilities, coupled with the proven ability to balance priorities
Substantiated capability to effectively manage, and support, a
fluid business environment Self-motivated with a bias for action
