eligible for Visa Sponsorship.Position SummaryThe Digital Manager
will lead all digital-related activities for one of our key
strategic brands. This includes creating and executing a strong
digital acquisition strategy for the brand, both for consumers and
healthcare professionals, with a clear and detailed plan for paid,
owned and earned media channels. It also includes leading the
transformation of the existing website, to enhance the overall
engagement, drive lead acquisition and enable e-commerce. Regarding
e-commerce, the Digital Manager will coordinate various
cross-functional internal teams, as well as agencies, to launch a
new e-commerce channel for this strategic brand, with strong eye on
front-end experience and back-end operations. Finally, this
position will lead the strategy and execution of all
retention-related programs (CRM), to drive loyalty to the brand and
continue to build consumer lifetime value.KEY
RESPONSIBILITIESDesign and lead execution of digital acquisition
strategyDevelop strategic consumer journey maps, from acquisition
to loyalty, for both for consumers and healthcare
professionalsDesign acquisition strategies, from consumer journey
maps, with clear communication objectives and activation strategies
for each stageCreate detailed plan for consumer and healthcare
professional acquisition through Paid digital channels (primarily
Search, Programmatic and Social)Lead all SEO-related activities,
namely technical optimizations and content improvement/releaseLead
influencer programs to drive new consumer leads to the brandBe able
to build Digital Marketing strategy in full independence (without
agency) and collaborate closely with agencies for executionLead
website transformation and creation of new e-commerce sales
channelPlan overall website strategy, with clear sitemap structure,
feature roadmap and release planCoordinate content development
activities with design and copyright agencies, to ensure
best-in-class content on the websiteEnsure "consumer-first"
approach to developing the brand website, through smooth UX and
navigation.Drive the development of new e-commerce direct channel,
providing day-to-day guidance to agenciesCoordinate various
cross-functional teams (IT, Supply Chain, Finance, etc.) to ensure
the development of the right operational model once the e-commerce
website is launched, anticipating and solving development and
integration challenges.Coordinate testing activities to ensure
platform readiness before launch.Drive loyalty programs to build
Consumer Lifetime ValueLead the development of all CRM and Loyalty
strategies, and oversee execution of programsDrive engagement with
healthcare professionals to foster loyalty and recommendation of
the brandDrive referral programs to support consumer acquisition
programCoordinate the development of e-mail creative, with design
and creative agenciesREQUIREMENTS4+ years of related
experienceGraduate degree in business/MBA and/or equivalent
business experienceStrong experience in Digital and E-Commerce (DTC
preference) is a mustExperience driving technology-related
projects, namely website launches, is a plusExperience building and
executing loyatly-related engagement programs is a plusStrong
project management skillsAbility to build and execute Digital
